Cha Cha Slide Plank Challenge
​
The rules: Play the song "Cha Cha Slide" by DJ Casper. Start in a push up position.
​
Clap Your Hands-Shoulder Taps
To the right - move to the right in push up position
To the left - move to the right in push up position
Right foot stomp - tap right foot out to the side and back
Left foot stomp - tap right foot out to the side and back
Take it back now y'all - back up in push up position
One hop this time- Burpee (bring feet close to your hands, then back)
Cha Cha - Mountain climbers
Hands on your knees - Knee taps
